Refund Policy

Returns

Please contact me prior to returning any items

Refund policy is lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately a refund or exchange will not be offered.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Additional non-returnable items:

Gift cards

To complete your return, a receipt is required.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email. Please make sure you include a note or your order number, name, address and reason for return. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Splashbacks returns and refunds (if applicable)

Please check for any visible signs of damage to the packaging of your order before signing for the delivery. Any items damaged in transit should be noted at time of delivery, and if possible delivery should be refused and returned. For faults that are not apparent until after opening, you must let me know as soon as the fault has been found and before the product has been installed. Please then email photographic evidence of the fault.

If your splashback arrives defective this should also be noted at time of delivery and returned via the courier. If the splashback does not fit no refund will be given if the measurements match the measurements on your invoice / email, so please check your invoice prior to completing payment.

All of the printed glass splashbacks are printed or painted to order (bespoke) so are non returnable. This includes stock sizes as they are made to your specifications when you choose the artwork so returns/refunds are not possible.

Please ensure that you have thoroughly checked your order before signing for it. Once signed for any claims made by you will be validated by me after an investigation.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Only items if they are defective or damaged will be replaced. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send an email to andy@andythomasartworks.co.uk

Shipping

To return your product, please contact Andy Thomas Artworks for full postal address and details.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Please send via some form of tracked courier service, (signature required)

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
