Order Enquiries

I ordered the wrong thing, can I change it?

For all items excluding splashbacks, premium worktop savers and glass wall art, Yes, you have 14 days from when your item is received to return it to me. Once the item arrives back with me in it’s original condition, I will refund you minus the return postage cost. Please contact me via email before returning. Items must be returned using a tracked / recorded delivery service. Please include a note of reason for return and your details.

I need my item in a hurry, can this be done?

Please contact me prior to ordering to let me know via email, I will do my best.

Delivery & Shipping

How long until I receive my item? (UK)

Please see each products description as it varies item to item. All my items are made to order, meaning I do not hold stock. Please allow 5-10 working days, (this excludes weekends) for them to be made and delivered. Please note, if you order more than one type of item, they may arrive separately. 5 -10 working days is to be safe, it’s usually sooner than this. If you have not received your order on the 10th working day, please contact me via email. Splashbacks, Glass Wall Art please allow 3-4 weeks. If you are in a hurry for any item please contact me prior to ordering and I'll see what I can do.

Returns & Refunds

Returns Policy

In the rare case you would like to return anything from me, you have 14 days from when your item is received to let me know, and 28 days from the order being placed to return it. This excludes custom made items, splashbacks, glass wall art, they cannot be returned or exchanged. Once the item arrives back with me in it’s original condition, I will refund you minus the return postage cost. Please contact me via email before returning. Items must be returned using a tracked / recorded delivery service. Please include a note of reason for return and your details.

My order arrived damaged, what now?

After a lot of trial and error with couriers, it’s not very often an item arrives damaged, but it can happen. If it does, please contact me. Please include a photo of the damaged packaging (if possible) and a photo of the damaged item. Make sure you include the order number or your postcode. I will arrange for a replacement to be made and sent.

I’ve received my order, but it’s wrong?

I do make mistakes from time to time. Please contact me with your order number and details. Please include a photo of what you have received so I can check against your order. I’ll fix the mistake
