Splashbacks -

For custom sizes / stock sizes with screw holes: Please allow 15/20 working days for your order to be made and reach you. All splashbacks are printed to order, including stock sizes, they may not be returned as the blank glass is stocked not with colour or print applied. Once printed the orders become made to your specifications/bespoke. Made to measure sizes: the time taken to manufacture and deliver the made to measure glass products can vary due to seasonal demand. Made to measure products typically take 3-4 weeks depending on the complexity of the product and also demand, the manufacturing process has many steps. Due to the highly bespoke nature of the product I cannot make any guarantees on delivery times and if something goes wrong during the manufacturing process your order will be delayed. This is very unlikely but it can happen.

Shipping methods: All splashbacks are delivered via courier using an insured method. If you need your item(s) sooner than the advised times above, (last minute gift etc) this can be arranged most of the time. Please contact me prior to ordering and I'll let you know.

In the rare case that your item(s) don't arrive within the above advised times, please message me and I'll look into where they are.
