I regret to inform you that all A4, A3, 5" X 7" & 10" X 8" Unframed Art prints ordered after 25th August are delayed.
All above sized orders were due to leave between Thursday 3rd Sept and Tuesday 8th Sept (depending on order date) however I have just been made aware by my printers that there is an issue with the prints on the textured paper I use for these sizes; they have been trying to resolve over the past few days with no luck.
In order to fix this, I need to go to my printers to check the print quality as I'm not happy sending out items not to the normal standard, but a family member has just been given an urgent operation date, meaning our household is in quarantine for 14 days (from Monday 7th Sept) so we can't leave the house. I'm very sorry for the delay.

Great, thank you for your patience. Your order will be sent out as soon as possible after the 21st Sept once I can leave the house and resolve the issue. If I'm able to resolve this sooner, I will. You do not need to email / message, all orders are waiting to be processed and will leave as close to the 21st Sept as possible.
Please email me with your order / invoice number letting me know. I will cancel your order and process your refund. You should have received an email after you placed your order, the order / invoice number will be in the subject line or the attached invoice. Please check your spam folder. If you have deleted the message, please email me with the full name and postage address, along with the email address you used when placing the order. I can find your order using that info.

For those of you that have been following me for a while or have ordered from me in the past, you may know that the customer service side of my business is one of the most important things to me. To have the delay with the printers alongside the quarantine come at the same time is far from ideal, but I will rectify it.
